WHO WE ARE

Our Mission, Vision, and Values

The Winton Youth Program was established in honor of Richard Winton, whose generosity, compassion, and commitment to serving others continue to inspire our work. His legacy is reflected in every aspect of our programming as we strive to help young people win now and in the future.

Our Mission is to help students win now and in the future by providing the skills, support, and opportunities they need to thrive in school, relationships, and life.

Our Vision is a future where every young person has the confidence, skills, and support needed to thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and beyond.

Value Statements

  • Potential: We believe every young person has the ability to learn, grow, and succeed.
  • Access: We believe all students deserve access to quality mental health resources and enrichment opportunities.
  • Empowerment: We believe youth thrive when they are empowered with skills, support, and meaningful connections.
  • Partnership: We believe caring adults, families, schools, and communities play an essential role in a young person's development.

Who we Serve

We partner with school districts, schools, families, and community organizations to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to navigate adolescence and prepare for adulthood.
